Warranty Policy:
All Wopow & Active products are covered by a two-year warranty or five-year warranty for some products from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse.
To obtain warranty services, please attach the electronic purchase invoice or the purchase invoice stamped by the seller.
The warranty is valid only if the defective product is found. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product.
Warranty does not include:
Defects and malfunctions arising due to consumer misuse of all products.
1- Regarding *chargers*
Exposure to heat or sunlight.
Product exposed to liquids, water, excessive moisture and dust.
Drop, violent shaking or breakage of the product.
Use of other accessories that are incompatible or of poor quality.
The product has been intentionally opened by the customer or unauthorized maintenance centers.
The warranty does not include battery accessories (the included cables - the case - the replacement ear pads - any piece included with the product)
2- Regarding *cables and headphones*
Exposed to cuts and stretching.
3- Accessories include:
Mobile covers - protective stickers - mobile grips
Return and Exchange Policy:
* We gladly accept exchange or return within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt, provided that the products are (in their original packaging).
* Special offers are fully refundable provided that all products are (in their original packaging).
We do not accept return of goods that have been returned by you without checking with us first.
Delivery charges and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Returns will be processed within 3 to 14 days (business days) after we receive your shipment.
The refund method depends on the payment method.
In case of payment by credit card: The amount paid will be returned to your credit card.
In case of payment by cash on delivery (COD): the amount will be returned via bank transfer.
International orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not exchangeable or refundable.
If the order is included in or included in one of the site’s special offers or at a discounted price, the free shipping period for the warranty is 30 days from the date of the order and does not include product accessories.

If the customer does not wish to benefit from the service, he can send it and deliver it to the company’s address via one of the express shipping service providers (Aramex and others), provided that it arrives at the company’s office via the carrier, and the company will not bear the shipping costs, after understanding via email or WhatsApp technical support.
